Koh Lipe lies at the southern edge of Thailand's Andaman Sea, inside the Tarutao National Marine Park. The island is small enough to walk across, with three main beaches – Pattaya, Sunrise and Sunset – and coral reefs that make for superb snorkeling.
Where to stay
Sunrise Beach is long and beautiful, Pattaya Beach is the busiest, and Sunset Beach is the quietest. A pedestrian walking street links them.
