Siumu is a village on Upolu's south coast, about 30 minutes over the mountains from Apia, with a coastline of black rocks, coves and a reef that breaks gently on the shore. The area has waterfalls nearby, including Papapapaitai and Togitogiga, and the sea-facing countryside is green and quiet.
