Where to stay in Yap

Yap is one of the most traditional islands in the Pacific. Villages still keep their stone money, called rai, some of it discs several meters across, along stone paths and in front of men's houses, and traditional dress is worn with pride. The island's channels are famous for manta rays, which are seen year-round, and the reefs and walls make it a quiet, specialist dive destination.
